Automation & AI — desktop robots

Desktop & RPA Bots

For the system with no API and no plans to get one.

For a company stuck with software that cannot be integrated properly — an old desktop accounting package, a government portal, a bank site, a supplier system with no API. A bot drives it the way a person does: clicks, types, reads the screen, and does it every night without getting bored.

From $249 a month

What it costs

Included per month Per month Per year
40 bot-hours, 1 bot (Smallest plan) $249 $2,699
120 bot-hours, 2 bots $449 $4,799
300 bot-hours, 4 bots $799 $8,599
720 bot-hours, 8 bots $1,399 $14,999
Setup $399

One-time, on monthly plans only. Waived entirely on annual prepay.

What happens if you go over

A bot-hour is one hour of a bot actually running, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour per session. Time the bot spends idle and waiting for a schedule is not counted.

Your band Then, per bot-hour
40 bot-hours $3.49
120 bot-hours $2.99
300 bot-hours $2.29
720 bot-hours $1.79
How it is measured A bot-hour is one hour of a bot actually running, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour per session. Time the bot spends idle and waiting for a schedule is not counted.
When you are told At 80% of your included volume, and again when you reach it, on WhatsApp or by email — your choice at checkout, free on every plan.
If you do nothing The service keeps running and the extra is billed on your next invoice at the rate shown for your band.
If you would rather not Tick the free hard-stop option at checkout and we stop at your included volume instead of billing you.
Your first month No overage is charged in your first month, whatever you use. Nobody has a reliable estimate before they start, including us.
How it is billed A separate invoice at the start of the following month, with the usage export attached. You can check our arithmetic, and we would rather you did.
Unused volume Does not roll over. If you are consistently under, move the slider down at renewal and pay less.

What you are buying

What it is A built and running service — we design it, build it, host it, watch it and change it as your business changes
Included volume From 40 to 720 bot-hours a month, on the slider
Above that Billed at the rate printed on your band, or stopped — your choice, free, at checkout
Setup Rs 39,999 / $399 / €349 one-time on monthly plans, waived on annual
Time to live Two to five weeks. Watching the process being done by a person comes first.
Monitoring 24/7, automated, with retries. A failure that the retries do not fix raises an alert to a human.
Human hours Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC by default, extendable at checkout
Changes included One engineer hour a month. More on the slider. Fixing something we broke never counts against it.
Reporting Monthly: volume used, what ran, what failed and what we changed
Minimum term One month after go-live. Annual prepay is about 10% cheaper and waives the setup fee.
Who owns it You do. Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are exportable and handed over on request.
Runs on A Windows PC in your office, or a managed runner in our datacentre — your choice at checkout
What it needs A login of its own in the system it drives. Not a shared login, and never yours.
Fragility Honest answer: a bot driving a screen breaks when the screen changes. That is what the change budget and the monitoring are for, and it is why an API is always the better option where one exists.

Options you choose at checkout

Bot-hours included per month

The band also sets how many bots can run at the same time. If you are not sure how long your process takes, start low — moving up is prorated and takes a day.

40 bot-hours, 1 bot — then Rs 299 · $3.49 · €2.99 per bot-hour included
120 bot-hours, 2 bots — then Rs 249 · $2.99 · €2.49 per bot-hour $200 a month
300 bot-hours, 4 bots — then Rs 199 · $2.29 · €1.99 per bot-hour $550 a month
720 bot-hours, 8 bots — then Rs 149 · $1.79 · €1.59 per bot-hour $1,150 a month
Hard stop at the included volume

Tick this and we stop the service when you reach your included volume instead of billing overage. It costs nothing either way. Untick it later at any time.

Stop rather than bill me for overage included
Where to send the usage notice

We tell you at 80% of your included volume, and again when you reach it. Free, on every plan, whichever channel you pick.

WhatsApp included
Email included
Both WhatsApp and email included
Additional concurrent bots

Only needed if two processes must run at the same moment. Two processes that run at different times of night share one bot quite happily.

The bots in my band included
1 additional concurrent bot $129 a month
2 additional concurrent bots $259 a month
4 additional concurrent bots $519 a month
Where the bot runs

A bot on your own PC is free but stops when that PC does — someone switching it off at 6pm is the single most common cause of a failed overnight run. A hosted runner does not get switched off.

On a PC in your office that you already have included
A managed Windows runner in our datacentre $99 a month
Two runners, with automatic failover $179 a month
When it may run

Overnight running means a failure at 3am has to be noticed and retried without a person. That is the work this pays for, not the electricity.

Business hours only included
Overnight and unattended $79 a month
Any time, 24x7 $149 a month
Screen-recording audit trail

A video of what the bot actually did on screen, kept 90 days. The honest answer to "are you sure it clicked the right thing?" — and the fastest way to debug a run that went wrong at 4am.

Screen recording, 90 days $59 a month
Support window

Monitoring runs 24/7 on every plan and automatic retries never sleep. This is about how fast a human picks it up when the retries do not fix it.

Business hours (Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC) included
Extended, until 17:00 UTC every day $99 a month
24x7 on-call for automation failures $249 a month
Change budget, engineer hours per month

Time for changing what the automation does — new rules, a new form, a supplier who changed their layout. One hour is included. Fixing something we broke is never charged against this.

1 hour (included) included
3 hours per month $119 a month
6 hours per month $299 a month
12 hours per month $649 a month
24 hours per month $1,399 a month

What you get

The overage rate is on the page, before you buy You can see what going over costs at every band, on the slider, at the moment you pick one. Nobody in this market publishes a usage rate. It is on this page because a rate you only discover on an invoice is not a rate, it is a surprise.
You can turn overage off entirely, for free Tick the hard stop and we stop at your included volume rather than billing you past it. It costs nothing, it is the first option on the page, and you can change your mind either way at any time.
We tell you at 80%, and again at 100% On WhatsApp, by email, or both — your choice, free. A ceiling nobody warned you about is just a bill with extra steps.
No overage at all in month one Whatever you use in your first month, you pay the plan price. Month one is the month nobody has a reliable estimate, us included, and billing a learning curve is not something we are willing to defend.
It is built, then it is looked after Automation is not a product you install. Vendors change forms, tax rules change, new questions start arriving. Every plan includes an engineer hour a month for exactly that, and monitoring that tells us before it tells you.
You can leave with it Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are yours and are exportable. We would rather keep you because leaving would be a shame than because it would be difficult.
Renewal = signup The price you agree in month one is the price in month sixty, unless you change your band. There is no introductory rate anywhere in this catalogue.
We will tell you when a bot is the wrong answer A screen-driving bot is the second-best option and we will say so. If the system has an API, or your vendor can export a file on a schedule, that is cheaper to build and far cheaper to keep alive. We would rather sell you the smaller thing that keeps working.

Where it runs

The service itself runs on infrastructure we host — which is the reason an automation service at this grade can be priced the way it is.

Every automation is monitored 24/7 with automatic retries. Failures the retries do not clear raise an alert to a human within the support window you chose.

Real engineers on WhatsApp +1 (555) 988-6820, Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC.

Usage is exported monthly and shown to you with the invoice. Nothing about your volume is a number only we can see.

The small print, in plain words

Billing Monthly or annual. Annual is about 10% cheaper than twelve monthly payments and waives the setup fee.
Setup fee Rs 39,999 / $399 / €349, one-time, on monthly plans. It pays for the build in week one. Annual prepay waives it entirely.
What counts as a bot-hour A bot-hour is one hour of a bot actually running, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour per session. Time the bot spends idle and waiting for a schedule is not counted.
Overage Billed at the rate shown on your band, on a separate invoice at the start of the following month, with the usage export attached. Not charged at all in your first month.
Hard stop Free option at checkout. We stop at your included volume instead of billing overage.
Usage notice At 80% and at 100% of your included volume, on WhatsApp or email. Free on every plan.
Unused volume Does not roll over. Consistently under? Move the band down at renewal and pay less — we will point it out in your monthly report.
Changing band Up at any time, prorated, live within a day. Down at renewal.
Renewal Renews at the price you signed up at. Changing your band changes the price; time passing does not.
Cancellation One month's notice. We export your workflows, prompts, knowledge base and documentation and hand them over within five working days, at no charge.
Third-party costs Model usage, Meta message fees, and your own software licences stay on your own bill where they are billed directly. Where we pay them on your behalf, they are inside the plan price and never marked up silently.
Out of scope Writing your core software, your vendor's own bugs, your tax position, and anything needing a licence or an account you do not hold. All quotable separately.
Accuracy Automation follows rules we agree with you in writing. Where a language model is involved we tell you exactly what it is allowed to decide, and prices are never on that list.
Your data Used to run your automation and nothing else. Not used to train anything. Not shared. Deleted on request when you leave.
Credentials We never ask for a password in chat, email or a form. Access is set up in your own admin console, with an account you can revoke.

Questions people actually ask

Why is there a price on this page at all?

Because you should be able to work out what this costs without a sales call. Every automation and AI supplier in this market says "contact us", which means the number depends on how you looked on the phone. Ours does not, and neither does the overage rate.

What happens if I go over my included volume?

You are told at 80% and again at 100%, then the extra is billed at the rate printed on your band, on a separate invoice with the usage export attached. Or tick the free hard stop at checkout and we simply stop. Either way, never in your first month.

How do I know your usage numbers are right?

The export comes with the invoice, line by line, and you can check it. If our number and yours disagree, we investigate before we bill, not after. Nobody should have to take a usage figure on trust.

What if I pick the wrong band?

Almost everyone does at first, in both directions. Move up any time, prorated and live within a day. Move down at renewal. We will tell you in the monthly report if you are paying for volume you are not using — that is not a favour, it is how you stay a customer for five years.

Why is there a setup fee?

Because week one is real engineering — understanding the process, building it, testing it against your real data. Hiding that in the monthly price would make the monthly price look wrong forever. Prepay annually and it is waived, which is us saying we would rather have the commitment.

What happens when it breaks?

It retries automatically, and if the retries do not clear it a human is alerted within your support window. Fixing something that used to work is never charged and never counts against your change budget.

Can we take it with us if we leave?

Yes. Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are exported and handed over within five working days of you asking, at no charge. If leaving us is painful, we did the job badly.

Will this replace my staff?

Usually it replaces the part of their job they hate — the copying, the retyping, the same eight questions. Every business we have done this for redeployed people rather than removed them, because the constraint was never the number of staff, it was that the good ones were doing data entry.

Is a screen bot not fragile?

Yes. It breaks when the screen changes, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling. That is why it is monitored, why there is a change budget, and why we will always try to find an API or a scheduled export first. When neither exists, a bot is the difference between the work happening and not happening.

Is it allowed to log into a government or bank portal for us?

Only where their terms permit it, with an account of its own that you created, and never with a transaction PIN. We will read the terms with you and tell you if the answer is no. Read-only work is almost always fine; anything that moves money is not something we will automate.

Not what you need?

If what you are looking for is not on this page — a different volume, a system we have not listed, a process nobody else will touch, or work that is not a monthly plan at all — ask us. We will quote it properly and there is no charge for asking. Tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 988-6820, or email [email protected].
