Automation & AI — conversations

WhatsApp Sales & Support Desk

It answers on WhatsApp at 2am, and it knows your prices.

For a business whose WhatsApp never stops and whose staff answer the same eight questions all day. An AI agent handles the repetitive ones from your own price list and documents, hands anything real to a human, and never invents a number it was not given.

From $199 a month

What it costs

Included per month Per month
300 AI-resolved chats (Smallest plan) $199
750 AI-resolved chats $349
2,000 AI-resolved chats $599
5,000 AI-resolved chats $999
Setup $249

One-time, on your first invoice, and never again. This plan is billed monthly only, so the build is paid for once directly rather than discounted into a year up front.

What happens if you go over your band

One customer, one 24-hour window, however many messages it takes to sort them out. Ten messages back and forth in an afternoon is one chat, not ten. We count chats the agent actually handled — if it could not help and passed straight to a human, that one is not counted.

Nothing is added to your invoice. There is no overage rate on this plan — the band is a capacity, not a meter.

How it is measured One customer, one 24-hour window, however many messages it takes to sort them out. Ten messages back and forth in an afternoon is one chat, not ten. We count chats the agent actually handled — if it could not help and passed straight to a human, that one is not counted.
When you are told At 80% of your band, and again when you reach it, on WhatsApp or by email — your choice at checkout, free on every plan.
If you go over Nothing happens to your invoice. There is no overage rate on this product, so there is nothing to charge. If you are over two months running we will ask you to move up a band at your next renewal, and we will tell you before we do.
If you are under Move the slider down at renewal and pay less. Unused capacity does not roll over.
What we do not bill There is no per-chat charge, no bundle top-up and no surprise usage invoice on this plan. If you ever get one, it is our mistake and we will reverse it.
Meta message fees WhatsApp itself charges per template message delivered — a cost set by Meta, not by us. Where those run through our WhatsApp Business account we pass them through at cost, on your invoice, itemised, with Meta's own rate card attached. We add nothing to them. You are welcome to bill them direct to your own Meta account instead, and several clients do.
Why monthly only Meta has changed how it charges for WhatsApp three times in eighteen months, and changes it again on 1 October 2026. A twelve-month price on a cost base somebody else resets twice a year is a bet, not a price. So this plan is monthly, permanently — you are never locked to a rate we may have to revisit, and neither are we.

What you are buying

What it is A built and running service — we design it, build it, host it, watch it and change it as your business changes
Included volume From 300 to 5,000 AI-resolved chats a month, on the slider
Above that Nothing. No overage rate exists on this plan — move band at renewal instead
Setup Rs 24,999 / $249 / €219 one-time on your first invoice
Time to live Two to four weeks, plus Meta verification if your number is not already approved
Monitoring 24/7, automated, with retries. A failure that the retries do not fix raises an alert to a human.
Human hours Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC by default, extendable at checkout
Changes included One engineer hour a month. More on the slider. Fixing something we broke never counts against it.
Reporting Monthly: volume used, what ran, what failed and what we changed
Minimum term One month after go-live. Billed monthly only — there is no annual option on this plan, deliberately and permanently.
Who owns it You do. Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are exportable and handed over on request.
Prerequisite A WhatsApp Business API number and a verified Meta Business account. We do that with you; allow one to two weeks for Meta, not for us.
Meta fees Meta charges per template message delivered, by category, at rates it sets and revises. Billed direct to you if you hold your own Meta account, or passed through on your invoice at cost, itemised and unmarked-up, if the traffic runs through ours. Service replies inside the 24-hour window are free until 1 October 2026.
Hard rules It never quotes a price it was not given, never takes card or password details in chat, and never denies being automated

Options you choose at checkout

AI-resolved chats included per month

Pick the band you expect to sit in. This is a capacity, not a meter — there is no overage rate on this product and you will never get a surprise usage invoice. Consistently over? Move up at renewal. Consistently under? Move down and pay less.

300 AI-resolved chats included
750 AI-resolved chats $150 a month
2,000 AI-resolved chats $400 a month
5,000 AI-resolved chats $800 a month
Where to send the usage notice

We tell you at 80% of your included volume, and again when you reach it. Free, on every plan, whichever channel you pick.

WhatsApp included
Email included
Both WhatsApp and email included
Additional WhatsApp numbers

One WhatsApp Business number is included. Add more if you run separate lines for sales, support or different branches — each gets its own greeting and its own routing.

Just the one number included
1 additional number $48.99 a month
2 additional numbers $97.99 a month
3 additional numbers $149 a month
5 additional numbers $249 a month
Shared human handover inbox

A web console where your team sees every conversation the agent could not finish, takes it over mid-thread, and hands it back. Without this, handover goes to one WhatsApp number.

Shared handover inbox $79 a month
Write conversations into your system

Every conversation, contact and outcome pushed into your CRM, ERP or a shared sheet as it happens — so the agent builds your customer list instead of trapping it in a phone.

Write to CRM or sheet $59 a month
Live prices and stock from your system

The agent quotes from your live system instead of a price list we were given once. Without this it answers from a fixed list and escalates anything it is not certain about — it never guesses a price.

Live price and stock feed $69 a month
Support window

Monitoring runs 24/7 on every plan and automatic retries never sleep. This is about how fast a human picks it up when the retries do not fix it.

Extended, until 17:00 UTC every day $99 a month
24x7 on-call for automation failures $249 a month

Time for changing what the automation does — new rules, a new form, a supplier who changed their layout. One hour is included. Fixing something we broke is never charged against this.

1 hour (included) included
3 hours per month $119 a month
6 hours per month $299 a month
12 hours per month $649 a month
24 hours per month $1,399 a month

What you get

There is no usage bill on this plan. At all. The band you pick is a capacity, not a meter. Go over it and your invoice does not change — there is no per-chat rate on this product, so there is nothing for us to charge you. If you are over two months running we will ask you to move up at renewal, and we will tell you before we do rather than bill you and explain afterwards.
We tell you at 80%, and again at 100% On WhatsApp, by email, or both — your choice, free. Not because a charge is coming, but because knowing your own volume is how you pick the right band next month.
Meta's message fees are passed through at cost WhatsApp charges per template message delivered, at rates Meta sets and changes. Where those run through our account we put them on your invoice at exactly what Meta charged us, itemised, with their rate card attached. We add nothing. You can also bill them straight to your own Meta account, and several clients prefer that.
Monthly only, deliberately, forever Meta has changed how WhatsApp is billed three times in eighteen months and changes it again on 1 October 2026. We will not sell you a twelve-month price on a cost base somebody else resets twice a year — that is a bet dressed up as a discount. Month by month, cancel with a month's notice, no annual lock either way.
It is built, then it is looked after Automation is not a product you install. Vendors change forms, tax rules change, new questions start arriving. Every plan includes an engineer hour a month for exactly that, and monitoring that tells us before it tells you.
You can leave with it Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are yours and are exportable. We would rather keep you because leaving would be a shame than because it would be difficult.
Renewal = signup The price you agree in month one is the price in month sixty, unless you change your band. There is no introductory rate anywhere in this catalogue.
It will not invent a price The single most damaging thing an AI agent can do to a business is quote a number nobody authorised. Ours is forbidden from it: if it does not have the figure, it escalates to a person instead of guessing. That rule is in the build, not in a settings page.
It will not pretend to be a person Asked directly whether it is a bot, it says yes. It also will not take a card number, a password or a hosting credential in chat — because training your customers that this is normal is how they get defrauded by somebody else.

Where it runs

The service itself runs on infrastructure we host — which is the reason an automation service at this grade can be priced the way it is.

Every automation is monitored 24/7 with automatic retries. Failures the retries do not clear raise an alert to a human within the support window you chose.

Real engineers on WhatsApp +1 (555) 988-6820, Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC.

Usage is exported monthly and shown to you with the invoice even though nothing is billed on it, because knowing your own volume is how you pick the right band. Nothing about it is a number only we can see.

The small print, in plain words

Billing Monthly only, and permanently so. There is no annual option on this plan and there will not be one — see "Why monthly only" below.
Setup fee Rs 24,999 / $249 / €219, one-time, on your first invoice, and never again. It pays for the build in week one. This plan is billed monthly only, so the build is paid for directly rather than folded into a year up front.
What counts as an AI-resolved chat One customer, one 24-hour window, however many messages it takes to sort them out. Ten messages back and forth in an afternoon is one chat, not ten. We count chats the agent actually handled — if it could not help and passed straight to a human, that one is not counted.
Overage None. The band is a capacity, not a meter. Going over it does not change your invoice and there is no rate at which it could — if you are over two months running we will ask you to move up at renewal, in advance, not on a bill.
Meta fees WhatsApp charges per template message delivered, at rates Meta sets and revises. Where those run through our WhatsApp Business account we pass them through at cost, itemised on your invoice with Meta's rate card attached, marked up by nothing. You may instead bill them direct to your own Meta account.
Why monthly only Meta repriced WhatsApp messaging three times between 2025 and 2026 and changes it again on 1 October 2026. We will not publish a twelve-month price over a cost base a third party resets twice a year. Monthly, permanently, both ways.
Usage notice At 80% and at 100% of your included volume, on WhatsApp or email. Free on every plan.
Unused volume Does not roll over. Consistently under? Move the band down at renewal and pay less — we will point it out in your monthly report.
Changing band Up at any time, prorated, live within a day. Down at renewal.
Renewal Renews at the price you signed up at. Changing your band changes the price; time passing does not.
Cancellation One month's notice. We export your workflows, prompts, knowledge base and documentation and hand them over within five working days, at no charge.
Third-party costs Model usage and hosting are inside the plan price and are never separately billed. Meta's message fees are the one exception in this catalogue: they are set by Meta, they change, and where they run through our account they appear on your invoice at exactly what Meta charged, itemised and unmarked-up. Your own software licences stay on your own bill.
Out of scope Writing your core software, your vendor's own bugs, your tax position, and anything needing a licence or an account you do not hold. All quotable separately.
Accuracy Automation follows rules we agree with you in writing. Where a language model is involved we tell you exactly what it is allowed to decide, and prices are never on that list.
Your data Used to run your automation and nothing else. Not used to train anything. Not shared. Deleted on request when you leave.
Credentials We never ask for a password in chat, email or a form. Access is set up in your own admin console, with an account you can revoke.

Questions people actually ask

Why is there a price on this page at all?

Because you should be able to work out what this costs without a sales call. Every automation and AI supplier in this market says "contact us", which means the number depends on how you looked on the phone. Ours does not — and on this plan the number on the page is the whole number, because there is no usage rate underneath it.

What happens if I go over my included volume?

Your invoice does not change. This plan has no overage rate, so there is nothing to bill — the band is a capacity, not a meter. You are told at 80% and again at 100% so you can see your own volume, and if you sit above your band two months running we will ask you to move up at your next renewal. You will hear that from us in advance, not discover it on a bill.

How do I know your usage numbers are right?

The export comes with the invoice, line by line, and you can check it. If our number and yours disagree, we investigate before we bill, not after. Nobody should have to take a usage figure on trust.

What if I pick the wrong band?

Almost everyone does at first, in both directions. Move up any time, prorated and live within a day. Move down at renewal. We will tell you in the monthly report if you are paying for volume you are not using — that is not a favour, it is how you stay a customer for five years.

Why is there a setup fee?

Because week one is real engineering — understanding the process, building it, testing it against your real data. Hiding that in the monthly price would make the monthly price look wrong forever. It is charged once, on your first invoice, and never again.

What happens when it breaks?

It retries automatically, and if the retries do not clear it a human is alerted within your support window. Fixing something that used to work is never charged and never counts against your change budget.

Can we take it with us if we leave?

Yes. Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are exported and handed over within five working days of you asking, at no charge. If leaving us is painful, we did the job badly.

Will this replace my staff?

Usually it replaces the part of their job they hate — the copying, the retyping, the same eight questions. Every business we have done this for redeployed people rather than removed them, because the constraint was never the number of staff, it was that the good ones were doing data entry.

What does Meta charge, and who pays it?

Meta charges per template message it delivers, by category — marketing costs several times what a utility or authentication message costs, and the rates differ by country. Replies inside a customer-initiated 24-hour service window are free today, but Meta has said it will start charging for those from 1 October 2026 at rates it has not published. Either you hold your own Meta account and Meta bills you directly, or the traffic runs through ours and we pass the cost through on your invoice at exactly what Meta charged, itemised, with their rate card attached. We do not mark it up, and we will model your likely mix with you before you commit.

Why can I not pay annually and save 10%?

Because we would be guessing. Meta has changed WhatsApp pricing three times in eighteen months and changes it again on 1 October 2026. Every other plan in this catalogue has an annual option; this one does not, permanently, because a twelve-month price over a cost base somebody else resets twice a year is a bet, not a discount. If we are wrong about our own costs you are not locked in either — a month's notice, both ways.

So there is genuinely no usage bill?

On our side, none. The band is a capacity: exceed it and your Aibuz invoice is unchanged, because there is no rate at which we could charge you. The only usage-linked figure that can appear is Meta's own message fee, passed through at cost, and only if you are running through our WhatsApp Business account rather than your own.

Will it argue with my customers?

It is built to escalate rather than insist. When someone is angry, asking for something outside its rules, or asking for a price it does not have, it hands over to a person. An agent that digs in is worse than no agent.

Not what you need?

If what you are looking for is not on this page — a different volume, a system we have not listed, a process nobody else will touch, or work that is not a monthly plan at all — ask us. We will quote it properly and there is no charge for asking. Tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 988-6820, or email [email protected].
