Automation & AI — workflows
Workflow Automation
The copying-and-pasting between your systems, done by a machine.
For a company where somebody exports a file from one system every morning and types it into another. We build the workflows on n8n, host them, watch them, and fix them when a vendor changes an API without telling anyone.
What it costs
| Included per month | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 runs, 5 workflows (Smallest plan) | $149 | $1,599 |
| 50,000 runs, 15 workflows | $299 | $3,199 |
| 200,000 runs, 40 workflows | $549 | $5,899 |
| 500,000 runs, 100 workflows | $899 | $9,699 |
One-time, on monthly plans only. Waived entirely on annual prepay.
What happens if you go over
A run is one execution of one workflow, whatever triggered it. A workflow that polls every five minutes uses about 8,640 runs a month on its own — worth knowing before you pick a band.
| Your band | Then, per 1,000 runs |
|---|---|
| 10,000 runs | $4.49 |
| 50,000 runs | $3.49 |
| 200,000 runs | $2.49 |
| 500,000 runs | $1.99 |
| How it is measured | A run is one execution of one workflow, whatever triggered it. A workflow that polls every five minutes uses about 8,640 runs a month on its own — worth knowing before you pick a band. |
|---|---|
| When you are told | At 80% of your included volume, and again when you reach it, on WhatsApp or by email — your choice at checkout, free on every plan. |
| If you do nothing | The service keeps running and the extra is billed on your next invoice at the rate shown for your band. |
| If you would rather not | Tick the free hard-stop option at checkout and we stop at your included volume instead of billing you. |
| Your first month | No overage is charged in your first month, whatever you use. Nobody has a reliable estimate before they start, including us. |
| How it is billed | A separate invoice at the start of the following month, with the usage export attached. You can check our arithmetic, and we would rather you did. |
| Unused volume | Does not roll over. If you are consistently under, move the slider down at renewal and pay less. |
What you are buying
| What it is | A built and running service — we design it, build it, host it, watch it and change it as your business changes |
|---|---|
| Included volume | From 10,000 to 500,000 runs a month, on the slider |
| Above that | Billed at the rate printed on your band, or stopped — your choice, free, at checkout |
| Setup | Rs 19,999 / $199 / €179 one-time on monthly plans, waived on annual |
| Time to live | One to three weeks for the first workflows, then continuously |
| Monitoring | 24/7, automated, with retries. A failure that the retries do not fix raises an alert to a human. |
| Human hours | Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC by default, extendable at checkout |
| Changes included | One engineer hour a month. More on the slider. Fixing something we broke never counts against it. |
| Reporting | Monthly: volume used, what ran, what failed and what we changed |
| Minimum term | One month after go-live. Annual prepay is about 10% cheaper and waives the setup fee. |
| Who owns it | You do. Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are exportable and handed over on request. |
| Built on | n8n — open source, self-hosted by us, and exportable, so nothing here is locked to Aibuz |
| Run retention | 30 days as standard, 12 months as an option |
Options you choose at checkout
The band also sets how many active workflows you can have. The overage rate is per thousand runs and is printed on each label.
Tick this and we stop the service when you reach your included volume instead of billing overage. It costs nothing either way. Untick it later at any time.
We tell you at 80% of your included volume, and again when you reach it. Free, on every plan, whichever channel you pick.
Only if you need more separate workflows than your band allows. This does not change your run allowance — a hundred workflows that barely fire use fewer runs than one that polls.
The shared instance is isolated per customer and fine for most work. Pick dedicated if your data cannot share a host, or your own server if it cannot leave your building at all.
A searchable index of your own documents, so AI steps in a workflow answer from your policies and manuals instead of from the open internet. Runs on Qdrant, hosted by us.
Every run, its input and its output, retained twelve months and exportable. Standard retention is 30 days. Take this if an auditor or a customer may ask you to prove what happened.
Monitoring runs 24/7 on every plan and automatic retries never sleep. This is about how fast a human picks it up when the retries do not fix it.
Time for changing what the automation does — new rules, a new form, a supplier who changed their layout. One hour is included. Fixing something we broke is never charged against this.
What you get
Where it runs
The service itself runs on infrastructure we host — which is the reason an automation service at this grade can be priced the way it is.
Every automation is monitored 24/7 with automatic retries. Failures the retries do not clear raise an alert to a human within the support window you chose.

Usage is exported monthly and shown to you with the invoice. Nothing about your volume is a number only we can see.
The small print, in plain words
| Billing | Monthly or annual. Annual is about 10% cheaper than twelve monthly payments and waives the setup fee. |
|---|---|
| Setup fee | Rs 19,999 / $199 / €179, one-time, on monthly plans. It pays for the build in week one. Annual prepay waives it entirely. |
| What counts as a run | A run is one execution of one workflow, whatever triggered it. A workflow that polls every five minutes uses about 8,640 runs a month on its own — worth knowing before you pick a band. |
| Overage | Billed at the rate shown on your band, on a separate invoice at the start of the following month, with the usage export attached. Not charged at all in your first month. |
| Hard stop | Free option at checkout. We stop at your included volume instead of billing overage. |
| Usage notice | At 80% and at 100% of your included volume, on WhatsApp or email. Free on every plan. |
| Unused volume | Does not roll over. Consistently under? Move the band down at renewal and pay less — we will point it out in your monthly report. |
| Changing band | Up at any time, prorated, live within a day. Down at renewal. |
| Renewal | Renews at the price you signed up at. Changing your band changes the price; time passing does not. |
| Cancellation | One month's notice. We export your workflows, prompts, knowledge base and documentation and hand them over within five working days, at no charge. |
| Third-party costs | Model usage, Meta message fees, and your own software licences stay on your own bill where they are billed directly. Where we pay them on your behalf, they are inside the plan price and never marked up silently. |
| Out of scope | Writing your core software, your vendor's own bugs, your tax position, and anything needing a licence or an account you do not hold. All quotable separately. |
| Accuracy | Automation follows rules we agree with you in writing. Where a language model is involved we tell you exactly what it is allowed to decide, and prices are never on that list. |
| Your data | Used to run your automation and nothing else. Not used to train anything. Not shared. Deleted on request when you leave. |
| Credentials | We never ask for a password in chat, email or a form. Access is set up in your own admin console, with an account you can revoke. |
Questions people actually ask
Why is there a price on this page at all?
Because you should be able to work out what this costs without a sales call. Every automation and AI supplier in this market says "contact us", which means the number depends on how you looked on the phone. Ours does not, and neither does the overage rate.
What happens if I go over my included volume?
You are told at 80% and again at 100%, then the extra is billed at the rate printed on your band, on a separate invoice with the usage export attached. Or tick the free hard stop at checkout and we simply stop. Either way, never in your first month.
How do I know your usage numbers are right?
The export comes with the invoice, line by line, and you can check it. If our number and yours disagree, we investigate before we bill, not after. Nobody should have to take a usage figure on trust.
What if I pick the wrong band?
Almost everyone does at first, in both directions. Move up any time, prorated and live within a day. Move down at renewal. We will tell you in the monthly report if you are paying for volume you are not using — that is not a favour, it is how you stay a customer for five years.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because week one is real engineering — understanding the process, building it, testing it against your real data. Hiding that in the monthly price would make the monthly price look wrong forever. Prepay annually and it is waived, which is us saying we would rather have the commitment.
What happens when it breaks?
It retries automatically, and if the retries do not clear it a human is alerted within your support window. Fixing something that used to work is never charged and never counts against your change budget.
Can we take it with us if we leave?
Yes. Workflows, prompts, knowledge bases and documentation are exported and handed over within five working days of you asking, at no charge. If leaving us is painful, we did the job badly.
Will this replace my staff?
Usually it replaces the part of their job they hate — the copying, the retyping, the same eight questions. Every business we have done this for redeployed people rather than removed them, because the constraint was never the number of staff, it was that the good ones were doing data entry.
How many runs will we actually use?
It depends far more on how the workflows are triggered than on how much business you do. One workflow polling every five minutes uses about 8,640 runs a month by itself; the same work triggered by a webhook might use two hundred. Part of the build is choosing the cheap shape.
Is n8n locked to you?
No, and that is deliberate. It is open source, the workflows are JSON, and you can export them and run them yourself. We sell the building and the looking-after, not the hostage.
Not what you need?
If what you are looking for is not on this page — a different volume, a system we have not listed, a process nobody else will touch, or work that is not a monthly plan at all — ask us. We will quote it properly and there is no charge for asking. Tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 988-6820, or email [email protected].
