We will tell you what not to automate
Some processes are broken rather than manual, and automating a broken process makes it fail faster. Some are too rare to be worth it. Some are one config change in software you already own. All three answers show up in most audits, and all three save you money we do not then earn.
Hours, counted, not estimated
Every line in the report has a number of hours per month against it and the method used to get that number. You can argue with a measurement. You cannot argue with "significant efficiency gains".
It is yours
The report, the process maps and the estimates belong to you the moment they are delivered. Take them to another supplier if you want a second price. We would rather be chosen than owed.

Questions people actually ask
Is this just a sales document?
It is credited in full against a build, which is the opposite arrangement: the more honestly we scope it, the less we can pad it later. Audits that recommend nothing happen, and we still get paid for those.
We already know what we want automated. Do we need this?
Probably not. If you can name the process, the systems and roughly the volume, go straight to the build product or ask us for a quote. The audit exists for companies who cannot yet name it.
Will you need access to our systems?
Read access where it helps, and not always. We will never ask for a password in chat or in a form — access is set up properly, in your own admin console, with an account you can switch off.
