System-to-System Integration

Automation & AI — one-time project

System-to-System Integration

Two systems that have never spoken, made to speak.

For a company that runs two pieces of software and a person in the middle. Your webstore and your accounting system. Your POS and your stock. Your CRM and your invoicing. We build the connection, prove it with your real data, and hand it over documented.

What we are connecting

This is the single biggest driver of what the work costs. If you are unsure which one you are, pick the middle and we will confirm before we start — we do not raise the price after.

Two systems that both have documented APIs included
One side has no API — files, scraping or email parsing $599 one time
A desktop application or an old on-premise database $1,199 one time
Which way the data flows

Two-way is more than twice the work, because the hard part is deciding who wins when both sides changed the same record.

One way included
Two way, with written conflict rules $399 one time
Backfill the existing history

Push everything already in system A into system B, and reconcile the two so you know they match on day one instead of hoping.

Backfill and reconcile $299 one time
Which two systems?

Names and versions if you know them. "Shopify to QuickBooks Online" or "our own PHP portal to Tally 9" — either is a good answer.

What you get

It is proven before it is live We run it against your real data in parallel, show you both sides, and only cut over when the numbers match. Integrations that are switched on and then reconciled are how a month of wrong invoices happens.
Somebody is told when it breaks Every integration we build alerts on failure rather than failing quietly. The most expensive integration bug is the one that stops working in March and is noticed in June.
You can leave with it Built on n8n, exportable, documented, and yours. If you stop paying us, the integration keeps running on your own instance. Nothing here is locked to us on purpose.

Where it runs

Remote by default; onsite where it is offered and you want it.

The small print, in plain words

Payment Half on order, half on delivery. The price on this page is the price on the invoice.
Scope Written down before we start, in plain language, with what is not included listed as clearly as what is
Changes If you change what you want mid-project we will price the change before doing it, never after
If we are wrong about the effort That is our problem, not yours. A fixed price that moves is not a fixed price.
What you own Everything we produce for you: code, workflows, prompts, documents and documentation
Credentials We never ask for a password in chat, email or a form. Access is set up in your own console, with an account you can revoke.
Your data Used for your project and nothing else. Not used to train anything. Deleted on request.

Questions people actually ask

Our software vendor says integration is impossible.

Sometimes they are right and usually they mean "not supported". A screen a person can use is a screen a bot can use — that is what the third shape option is for, and it is priced accordingly because it is genuinely harder to keep working.

What if it breaks because the vendor changed something?

Inside the 30-day warranty, we fix it. After that it is what the change budget on Workflow Automation exists for. Vendors changing things without notice is not an edge case, it is Tuesday.

Do you need our admin passwords?

No. We need API keys or a service account that you create in your own console and can revoke. Nobody at Aibuz will ever ask you for a password in chat, in email or in a form.

Not what you need?

If what you are looking for is not on this page — a different volume, a system we have not listed, a process nobody else will touch, or work that is not a monthly plan at all — ask us. We will quote it properly and there is no charge for asking. Tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 988-6820, or email [email protected].
