Where it runs
Nuremberg, Germany and Manassas, United States. LiteSpeed Enterprise with LSCache, NVMe throughout.
You choose which datacentre your account is provisioned in at signup. Pick the one closer to where most of your visitors are — Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia are usually best served from Nuremberg, and the Americas from Manassas. Not sure? Tell us where your traffic comes from and we will place it for you. Moving between datacentres later is free.

We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain at setup. That is the difference between mail that arrives and mail that quietly disappears.
Can you move my existing mailboxes?
Yes, free. Mail, folders and structure move intact, and you keep working while it happens.
Does this include website hosting?
No — these plans are mail only. If you need a website too, our hosting plans include mailboxes alongside the site.
What can I use to read my mail?
Anything that speaks IMAP, POP3 or SMTP: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Android and iPhone. Webmail in the browser when you are away from your own machine.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. Renewal equals signup price, written into our Terms.
