You choose which datacentre your mail is provisioned in at signup. Pick the one closer to the people who use it — Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia are usually best served from Nuremberg, and the Americas from Manassas. Not sure? Tell us where your team is and we will place it for you. Changing your mind later costs nothing: ask us and we move the mailboxes across, and no address changes.

Will my email land in inboxes or spam?
We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain at setup. That is the difference between mail that arrives and mail that quietly disappears.
Can you move my existing mailboxes?
Yes, free. Mail, folders and structure move intact, and you keep working while it happens.
Does this include website hosting?
No — these plans are mail only. If you need a website too, our hosting plans include mailboxes alongside the site.
What can I use to read my mail?
Anything that speaks IMAP, POP3 or SMTP: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Android and iPhone. Webmail in the browser when you are away from your own machine.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. Renewal equals signup price, written into our Terms.
