Questions people actually ask
Is this a sales form?
No. It goes to the person who would do the work. You will not be called by someone reading a script, and you will not be chased if you go quiet.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is the normal case and it is fine. Describe the symptom rather than the solution — "the internet drops every afternoon", "we cannot find last year's files", "our accountant says the system is too slow". Working out what it actually is, is the job.
Do you work outside Karachi?
Remote work, yes — anywhere in Pakistan or outside it. Anything that needs someone physically present is Karachi metro today. If you are elsewhere and need hands on site, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
I have more than 100 workstations. Where do I go?
Here. The Managed IT sliders stop at 100 on purpose — above that the price is negotiated properly rather than read off a page, and the onboarding is a project in its own right.
