What you get

The response time is a number, not an adjective Critical issues get a 2 business hours response and standard issues 4 business hours, in business hours. We publish those because nobody else in this market does, and because a promise you cannot check is not a promise.
Unlimited remote helpdesk Your staff can call us as often as they need to. We do not meter tickets, we do not sell blocks of hours, and nobody in your office has to decide whether a problem is "worth" reporting.
The documentation is yours Asset register, network diagram, licence inventory, passwords held properly. If you ever leave us, you leave with all of it. Holding a client hostage through their own documentation is the oldest trick in this industry and we do not use it.
No hidden extras The single most common complaint about IT providers here is being billed for backups, after-hours work and security reviews that were assumed to be included. What is included is on this page. What is not is priced on this page too.
Renewal = signup The price you agree in month one is the price in month sixty, unless you change the number of devices. There is no introductory rate anywhere in this catalogue.
Backups with restores we actually test An untested backup is a rumour. We restore something on a schedule and write down that it worked, so the first time anyone finds out whether your backup is real is not the day you need it.
A named engineer Somebody who knows your estate, your quirks and which machine the accounts system runs on — not whoever picks up. You will have their name.

Where it runs

Monitoring, patching, documentation and ticketing run on infrastructure we host ourselves — which is the reason this line can be priced the way it is.

Remote-first, with scheduled onsite visits available in our home metro.

Monitoring and automated response 24/7. Human engineers Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC, with out-of-hours callout for anything down.

Real engineers on WhatsApp +1 (555) 988-6820, Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC.

The small print, in plain words

Billing Monthly or annual. Annual works out around 10% cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
Onboarding One-time PKR 24,999 / $499 / €449, covering discovery, agent deployment, documentation and the first cleanup. Waived on annual prepay.
Renewal Renews at the price you signed up at. Changing the device count changes the price; time passing does not.
Changing size Move the slider up at any time and pay the prorated difference. Move it down at renewal.
Cancellation One month's notice. We hand over documentation, credentials and the asset register within five working days, at no charge.
What counts as a workstation Any laptop or desktop a person logs into. Phones and tablets are not counted and not charged. A machine used by two people on shifts is one workstation.
What counts as a server Any always-on machine other people depend on, physical or virtual. A hypervisor host counts once, not once per guest.
Out of scope Writing your software, your line-of-business vendor's own bugs, hardware purchase, cabling and physical installation, and anything needing a licence you do not hold. All of these can be quoted separately.
Third-party licences Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your line-of-business software stay on your own bill, in your own tenant. You own them, not us, and you can leave with them.
After hours Monitoring and automated response run 24/7. Human callout outside Monday to Saturday, 05:00–14:00 UTC is available for anything down and is quoted per incident at this level.
Fair use Unlimited helpdesk means unlimited support of the estate we agreed. It does not mean unlimited project work — if a request turns into a project, we will say so before starting, not after.

Questions people actually ask

Why is the price on the page at all?

Because you should be able to work out what this costs without a sales call. Every other managed IT provider in this market asks you to "contact us for a quote", which means the number depends on how you looked on the phone. Ours does not.

What is a workstation, exactly, and what if I am not sure?

Any laptop or desktop that a person logs into. Phones and tablets are free. If you genuinely do not know how many you have, that is normal and it is one of the first things we fix — order at your best guess and we will correct it at the first invoice, in whichever direction the real number goes.

Why is there a five-workstation minimum?

Below five, the monitoring, documentation and onboarding cost more than the retainer. We would be selling you something we lose money on, which is not a stable arrangement for either of us. Smaller than that, ask us — a fixed-price cleanup and an hourly arrangement is usually the honest answer.

What happens when something breaks at 11pm?

Monitoring is 24/7 and it wakes up automation, not just a dashboard. A human callout for anything actually down is available and quoted per incident at this level; if you need it as standard, Complete includes it. We are not going to claim a fully staffed overnight desk we do not run.

Do I have to buy Microsoft 365 from you?

No, and we would rather you did not buy it through anyone who makes it hard to leave. It stays on your own bill in your own tenant. We administer it; you own it.

What if I have more than 100 workstations?

Ask us. The sliders stop at 100 on purpose: above that, onboarding is a project, the tooling economics change, and reading a price off a web page would do you a disservice. There is a form for it in Custom & Consulting and it costs nothing to use.

Can I start on one level and move up?

Yes, at any time, prorated. Most companies start on Essential to get visibility of what they actually have, and move up once the asset register shows them what is unbacked and unpatched. That is a reasonable way to do it.

What is not included?

Writing your software. Your vendor's own bugs. Hardware purchase, cabling and physical installation. Anything needing a licence you do not hold. Project work that goes beyond looking after the estate. All of it can be quoted — none of it is smuggled onto an invoice.

How do I get out?

One month's notice, and within five working days you get the documentation, the credentials and the asset register, at no charge. If leaving us is painful, we did the job badly.

How do you know the backups work?

We restore something on a schedule and record the result. The report tells you when the last successful test restore was. A backup nobody has ever restored from is a hypothesis.

Not what you need?

If what you are looking for is not on this page — a different size, a system we have not listed, a migration, or work that is not a monthly plan at all — ask us. We will quote it properly and there is no charge for asking. Tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 988-6820, or email [email protected].
