You choose which datacentre your account is provisioned in at signup. Pick the one closer to where most of your visitors are — Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia are usually best served from Nuremberg, and the Americas from Manassas. Not sure? Tell us where your traffic comes from and we will place it for you. Changing your mind later costs nothing: ask us and we move the account across, the same way we migrate a site in — copied, tested on a staging URL, and switched over once you have checked it.

Questions people actually ask
Will my renewal price go up?
No. What you pay to sign up is what you pay every year after. It is written into our Terms, not just promised on a pricing page.
Do you throttle CPU?
No. This package carries no CPU, memory or IOPS cap at all — that is how it is configured on the server, not a marketing line.
Do you count inodes?
No. The filesystem quota on this package is unlimited. You will never get an email telling you that you have too many files.
Can I give my clients their own logins?
Yes. It is one account with all thirty sites in it, and you create additional access users inside that account — each with their own login, scoped to the websites you give them, so a client sees their own site and nobody else's. It is not a white-label reseller panel: the account, the plan and the billing stay with you, and we do not invoice your clients.
Can you move my site from my current host?
Yes, free. We copy files, databases and email, test everything on a staging URL, and only switch DNS once you have verified it works. Usually done in about 48 hours.
Where are the servers?
Nuremberg, Germany and Manassas, United States — both NVMe, both running LiteSpeed Enterprise. You choose which one your account sits in at signup. Moving later is free: ask us and we migrate the account across — copied, tested, and switched over once you have verified it, rather than a switch you flip yourself.
Which datacentre should I choose?
The one closer to most of your visitors. Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia are usually best served from Nuremberg; the Americas from Manassas. If your audience is split or you are not sure, tell us where your traffic comes from and we will place it for you.
