What is not included, said out loud
- A rebuild. Care keeps a site healthy; it does not redesign one. If the site needs replacing we will tell you plainly rather than bill you hours to prop it up.
- Third-party licence fees for premium plugins or themes — those stay yours, and we will never quietly renew one on your card.
- Content strategy and SEO. That is the SEO & Content plan, and it is deliberately a different thing.

The small print, in plain words
| Cancellation | Any month, from your own portal. No exit call, no retention offer, no fee. Annual plans are refunded pro rata for whole unused months. |

Questions people actually ask
What counts as a change hour?
Anything you ask us to change: an edit, a new page, a plugin swap, a form field, a bug. Time is logged and shown in the monthly report. We round to the nearest 15 minutes, not up to the nearest hour.
What if I go over?
We tell you before we start, not after we finish. Extra hours are charged at the catalog rate, or you move up a band — and if you go over twice in a row we will recommend the band, because it is cheaper for you.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, and we would rather say that in the price list than in the small print. Rollover turns a maintenance plan into a bank account, and it is the reason most cheap care plans quietly stop answering.
Do you have to have built the site?
No. We take on sites other people built. The free basic audit exists precisely so we both know what we are walking into.
