Emergency — A block of engineer time on a site that is slow, hacked, broken after an update, or falling apart on phones.
Anyone whose site broke and whose developer has stopped replying. Anyone who has been told "it needs a rebuild" and does not believe it.
What it costs
| Hours of engineer time | One time |
|---|---|
| 2 hours (One specific thing that is broken.) | Rs 9,999 · $119 · €105 |
| 5 hours (A site that is limping in several places.) | Rs 22,999 · $269 · €239 |
| 10 hours (A hack cleanup, or a bad migration to unpick.) | Rs 39,999 · $469 · €419 |
| 20 hours (A serious rescue with a performance rebuild attached.) | Rs 69,999 · $829 · €729 |
Buy the block you think it needs. If we finish early you keep the remaining hours for 90 days. If it turns out to need more, we tell you before we spend it — never after.
Timeline: Work starts within three business days, or the next business day with the priority option. Hacked sites jump the queue regardless of what you paid.
Options you choose at checkout
What is wrong? — Pick the closest. It changes who we put on it first, not what you pay.
- It is slow — included
- Hacked, malware, or blacklisted — included
- Broke after a migration or an update — included
- Broken layout, or broken on phones — included
- Something else — tell us below — included
Start within one business day — Jumps the queue. Note that a live hack is worked first whether or not you tick this — we do not charge extra to treat a compromise as urgent.
- Yes, start within one business day — Rs 9,999 · $119 · €105 one time
What is it built on? — "I do not know" is a completely normal answer and costs nothing. We will work it out from the URL.
- WordPress — included
- Shopify or WooCommerce — included
- Custom-built, or a static site — included
- I do not know — included
Your website address — The site this is about, including https://. Write "none yet" if there is not one.
How should we reach you? — A WhatsApp number or an email address. Do not put passwords or card details in here — we will never ask for those in a form.
What you get
- A full backup taken before anything is touched — always, including on an emergency
- The actual fix, done on staging first wherever a staging site exists
- For hacked sites: malware removal, the entry point found and closed, and blacklist removal requests filed with Google and the major scanners
- A written note of what was wrong, what was changed, and what will break again if nothing else changes
- Time logged to the quarter hour and shown to you
What is not included, said out loud
- New features. This buys repair, not development — if what you want is new, that is a build.
- A guarantee that a hacked site was clean before we arrived. We can guarantee it is clean when we leave and that we closed the way in.
The terms
| Price | Fixed and published. The number you order at is the number on the invoice — if we underestimated the work, that is ours to absorb. |
| Timeline | Work starts within three business days, or the next business day with the priority option. Hacked sites jump the queue regardless of what you paid. |
| Payment | Paid in full at order for anything under Rs 100,000 · $725 · €660. Above that, half at kick-off and half at delivery, arranged after you order. |
| Ownership | Yours on final payment — files, source and accounts. We do not hold a site hostage to a maintenance contract. |
| Hourly rate | Rs 4,999 · $59 · €52 for anything outside the scope you ordered, agreed in writing before it is spent. |
| Support | Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 Pakistan time. Thirty days of post-launch support on builds, then Website Care if you want it — never enrolled automatically. |
The small print, in plain words
| Fixed price | The published price is the invoice. Scope is written down in plain language before work starts, including what is not in it. |
| Scope changes | Quoted in writing and agreed before anybody starts. Nothing is added to your invoice that you have not seen first. |
| Ownership | On final payment you own the files, the source and the accounts. Domains and store listings are registered in your name, not ours. |
| Revisions | Two rounds inside the scope you ordered. Beyond that is charged at the catalog hourly rate, agreed before it is spent. |
| Credentials | We never ask for a password in chat, email or a form. Access is set up in your own admin console, with an account you can revoke. |
| Refunds | Before work starts, in full. After it starts, for the part not yet delivered. We will not argue about the first one. |
Questions people actually ask
What if it needs more hours than I bought?
We stop and tell you, with what we found and what the rest will take. We do not spend hours you did not agree to and present the bill afterwards.
What if it needs fewer?
The remaining hours stay on your account for 90 days and you can spend them on anything. We do not keep the difference for finishing quickly.
My site is hacked right now.
Order the block, tick priority, and message +92 334 4424289. Hacked sites are worked first — a live compromise is not a queue position.
Can you take over from my old developer?
Yes. Bring whatever access you have. If you have none, say so in the brief — recovering access to your own hosting is a normal first task, not an obstacle.
None of these is quite it?
Then say so rather than ordering the nearest thing and hoping. Tell us what you actually need and a person will scope it. Send us a brief — or message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 4424289.
