Build · quoted
An app is a commitment, not a deliverable.
iOS and Android from one codebase, with the store submissions, the updates and the honest conversation about whether you need one.
Businesses whose customers or field staff genuinely need something on a phone — not businesses who have been told they should have an app.
Nothing is charged and no invoice is raised. The brief is how we scope the quote.
What it costs
A focused app with accounts and a few screens sits near the bottom. Offline sync, payments, maps and a backend to build all push it up.
Why there is no fixed price on this page
App scope moves more than any other kind of build: one offline requirement or one payment flow can double it. And an app carries a tail nobody mentions at the quote stage — OS updates, store policy changes, certificate renewals — which is a running cost, not a one-time price.
What we can and cannot build
We build cross-platform apps that ship to both stores from a single codebase. That covers the large majority of business apps well. If you need something only a fully native app can do — heavy AR, deep OS integration, serious real-time graphics — say so in the brief and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people. Sometimes the answer is no, and sometimes the answer is that what you actually want is a good mobile website.
What happens when you send it
A person reads your brief and replies within one business day, with a scoping call for anything substantial.
What the brief asks you
Android first is usually the right call in most of the markets we build for. We build both from one codebase, so "both" costs far less than twice one.
If a back end already exists the app may be far cheaper than you expect. If nothing exists, the app is the smaller half of the job.
This is the single biggest cost driver in an app. Full offline sync means conflict resolution, and conflict resolution is genuinely hard — so it is asked early and priced honestly.
In-app payment brings Apple and Google store rules with it, and those rules decide what is allowed as much as what is built.
A few sentences on what a user opens it to do. If you need something only a fully native app can do — heavy AR, deep OS integration — say so, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.
Apps are the most commonly under-budgeted thing we are asked for. A range here means we can tell you early if a mobile website would serve you better.
Remember that Apple and Google review submissions, and a first submission is very often rejected. Build in two weeks for that; we will.
A WhatsApp number or an email address. Do not put passwords or card details in here — we will never ask for those in a form.
What you get
- A written specification and a fixed quote against it
- iOS and Android from one codebase, tested on real devices rather than only simulators
- Backend, API and admin panel where the app needs one
- Store submission handled for you — Apple and Google both reject first-time submissions for reasons nobody warns you about
- Source code and both store accounts in your name. The listing is your asset, not ours.
- A written maintenance plan, priced before launch, because an unmaintained app stops working on its own schedule
The small print, in plain words
| This form | Costs nothing, charges nothing, and commits you to nothing. No invoice is raised and no payment method is asked for. |
|---|---|
| What happens | A person reads it — not a bot — and replies within one business day, usually with questions before a number. |
| The quote | Fixed and written, against a written scope. Not an hourly estimate that drifts, and not a number that changes after you say yes. |
| Ownership | Whatever is built is yours on final payment: source, documentation, accounts and store listings, all in your name. |
| Credentials | We never ask for a password in chat, email or a form. Access is set up in your own admin console, with an account you can revoke. |
| Your brief | Used to quote your project and nothing else. Not sold, not shared, not fed to an advertising platform. |
Questions people actually ask
Do I actually need an app?
Often not, and we will say so. If your users visit occasionally rather than daily, a fast mobile website does the job for a fraction of the money and nobody has to install anything. We would rather lose the project than sell you a maintenance liability.
Who owns the store listings?
You do. The Apple and Google accounts are registered in your company name and you hold the credentials. We have seen what happens when an agency owns them.
What does it cost to keep running?
Apple charges $99 a year for a developer account, Google $25 once. Beyond that, budget for a few days of work a year to keep up with OS and store policy changes — we quote it before launch rather than surprising you with it later.
Not what you need?
If what you are looking for is not on this page — a different size, a system we have not listed, a migration, or work that is not a monthly plan at all — ask us. We will quote it properly and there is no charge for asking. Tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 988-6820, or email [email protected].
