An outlet is a shop, branch or warehouse. A terminal is a till screen inside one. Pick the band you are in today — you can move up at any renewal without reinstalling anything.

What is not included, said out loud
- Hardware. Tills, scanners, printers, cash drawers and label rolls are supplied at our cost plus 10%, quoted separately, never bundled into a monthly fee.
- Your internet connection, and any device you already own that turns out not to work with a thermal printer.
- Accounting itself. We move the numbers into your accountant's system; we are not your accountant.

The small print, in plain words

| Going over | You are told before it costs you anything. We would rather advise you into the right band than invoice you for the wrong one twice. |

Questions people actually ask
Does the FBR integration cost extra?
No. FBR and PRAL do not charge for digital invoicing integration, and neither do we — the work of enrolling you and wiring it up is inside the setup fee. Anyone quoting you a recurring fee purely for FBR connectivity is charging you for something that is free.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-sale?
The till keeps selling offline and syncs when the line comes back. What it cannot do offline is send an invoice to FBR in real time; those queue and go out on reconnect, which is how the scheme is designed to work.
Can I move up a band mid-month?
Yes, and we will not charge you a second setup fee to do it. Opening a branch should not be a billing event you have to negotiate.
What if my business does not fit this?
Then say so. A fixed price is only honest when the scope is genuinely fixed. If you need custom workflows, a manufacturing bill of materials, or an integration nobody has built yet, that is a Custom Business Software brief, not this.
