Why there is no fixed price on this page
Which gateway, which courier, whose stock system, whose tax setup — any one of those can double the work, and none of them is knowable at a checkout screen. Publishing a fixed price here would mean either overcharging the simple projects or discovering the complicated ones halfway through. Both are worse than a brief.
What happens when you send it
A person reads your brief and replies within one business day, usually with questions before a number. If it is straightforward you get the quote in the same reply.

Courier integration is often the single biggest surprise in an e-commerce build, so it is asked before the quote rather than discovered after it.
Not a trap. A range lets us tell you honestly whether what you want fits it, before either of us spends a week finding out it does not.
"Just planning" is a fine answer and gets the same quote. We would rather be in your planning than surprised by your deadline.
