Questions people actually ask
Is this just a sales document?
It is credited in full against a build, which is the opposite arrangement: the more honestly we scope it, the less we can pad it later. Audits that recommend nothing happen, and we still get paid for those.
We already know what we want automated. Do we need this?
Probably not. If you can name the process, the systems and roughly the volume, go straight to the build product or ask us for a quote. The audit exists for companies who cannot yet name it.
Will you need access to our systems?
Read access where it helps, and not always. We will never ask for a password in chat or in a form — access is set up properly, in your own admin console, with an account you can switch off.
