Options you choose at checkout
Pick the closest. It changes who we put on it first, not what you pay.
Jumps the queue. Note that a live hack is worked first whether or not you tick this — we do not charge extra to treat a compromise as urgent.
"I do not know" is a completely normal answer and costs nothing. We will work it out from the URL.

A WhatsApp number or an email address. Do not put passwords or card details in here — we will never ask for those in a form.
What you get

What is not included, said out loud
- New features. This buys repair, not development — if what you want is new, that is a build.
- A guarantee that a hacked site was clean before we arrived. We can guarantee it is clean when we leave and that we closed the way in.
The small print, in plain words

What if it needs more hours than I bought?
We stop and tell you, with what we found and what the rest will take. We do not spend hours you did not agree to and present the bill afterwards.
What if it needs fewer?
The remaining hours stay on your account for 90 days and you can spend them on anything. We do not keep the difference for finishing quickly.
My site is hacked right now.

Can you take over from my old developer?
Yes. Bring whatever access you have. If you have none, say so in the brief — recovering access to your own hosting is a normal first task, not an obstacle.
