An outlet is a shop, branch or warehouse. A terminal is a till screen inside one. Pick the band you are in today — you can move up at any renewal without reinstalling anything.
One-off, on monthly billing only. Covers installation, your product and price list loaded, tax rules configured, FBR enrolment if you need it, and remote training for your staff. Waived if you pay annually.

Options you choose at checkout
Named logins, each with their own permissions and their own audit trail. Shared logins are how till shrinkage becomes untraceable, so we price accounts low enough that nobody is tempted.
A live sync into your books rather than a monthly export somebody retypes. The price is the ongoing cost of keeping that connection working when the other side changes its API.
Free either way — hardware is never bundled into a monthly fee. We supply it at our cost plus 10%, quoted separately, with the supplier invoice shown if you ask.

What is not included, said out loud
- Hardware. Tills, scanners, printers, cash drawers and label rolls are supplied at our cost plus 10%, quoted separately, never bundled into a monthly fee.
- Your internet connection, and any device you already own that turns out not to work with a thermal printer.
- Accounting itself. We move the numbers into your accountant's system; we are not your accountant.
The small print, in plain words

Questions people actually ask
Can I move up a band mid-month?
Yes, and we will not charge you a second setup fee to do it. Opening a branch should not be a billing event you have to negotiate.
What if my business does not fit this?
Then say so. A fixed price is only honest when the scope is genuinely fixed. If you need custom workflows, a manufacturing bill of materials, or an integration nobody has built yet, that is a Custom Business Software brief, not this.
